Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Check in After Business Hours?

Yes! We accept new bookings daily until 10 p.m. All properties are set up for self-check-in. Bookings must be confirmed by our team prior to check-in.

Can I Tour a Property Before Booking?

We are happy to set up tours for 30+ day reservations within our business hours.  Please call our office at 800-426-0466 to arrange a time. For reservations less than 30 days, our properties have detailed photos and 360° video walkthroughs available on our website.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

All reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. Our cancellation period is 14 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable.

Do You Offer Any In-Room Celebration Packages?

We offer an assortment of Luxury Room Packages ranging from $100 – $375 based on the selection. Arrangements will include Champagne and Roses at a minimum and should be arranged with Guest Services at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

What Are the Parking Dimensions and Fees?

Our parking spaces are in residential parking garages and are $19 per day. The standard minimum space is 8 ft in width and 18 ft in length. These spaces will not fit oversized trailers or commercial vehicles.

Can I Have Visitors? What Are the Occupancy Limits?

Yes!  Each property, based on the number of bedrooms, has a maximum capacity limit. One-bedroom & Two-Bedroom properties: Up to 4 total guests, including the registered guest. Three-bedroom properties: Up to 6 guests, including the registered guest. We do not provide parking for guests of the registered guest, as our spaces are limited.  However, there is usually metered parking or valet parking close by.

Is Early Check-In or Late Checkout Available?

Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, if the property is available and only if confirmed with a Guest Service Representative on the morning of your check-in or check-out day. The fee for this starts at $55.

Are Your Properties Pet Friendly?

Yes, all of our properties are pet-friendly. We pride ourselves on the level of cleanliness within our properties and take extra steps in the check-out process to clean after the check-out of a pet in a room.  This is covered by the $150 pet fee.

How Far in Advance Can I Book?

Our properties are available for bookings within a 6 month calendar. For bookings further out than 6 months, please fill out our contact form and a team member will gladly assist and reply within 24 hours.

How Do I Make a Group Booking?

Group bookings require a minimum of 10 rooms and a deposit. Please contact our reservations at 800-426-0466 or fill out our contact form online.

How Do 30+ Night Stays Work?

All bookings require payment in full at the time of the booking. With the exception of bookings longer than 30 days, rent is collected for each month on the 1st of each month.  Move-in requirements for stays 30 days or longer will require prorated rent for the remainder of the month and a security deposit.
