Located in Downtown Atlanta’s Centennial Olympic Park District, the Tabernacle has hosted popular bands such as Guns N’ Roses, The Black Crowes, Adele, Eminem, Bob Dylan, and many other well-known acts. Comedy tour acts have included the likes of Bob Saget, Lisa Lampanelli, Cheech & Chong and Stephen Lynch. The large brick building opened in 1910 as a medical center and church, transitioned to house the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games, and was then converted in a House of Blues Club. It’s now a top spot for famous acts and has a seating capacity of 2,600 people. Current acts include shows by artists such as the Goo Goo Dolls, Walk Off the Earth, Kasey Musgraves, Umphrey’s McGee, Conan & Friends, and more.
