Join us for a special edition of MODA’s Subversive Cross-Stitch workshop at Ponce City Market! Grab a drink in PCM’s Central Food Hall, then meet at 6:00pm on the second floor to learn all about how cross-stitch got subversive. We’ll cover some basic history with mind-blowing examples, and you’ll learn cross-stitching basics and how to bring your own subversive design into reality!

Excited about this? Don’t feel like you have to wait until the class to start thinking about what you want to make — start thinking about your design now. We will be working with four-inch hoops, and recommend designs with five or fewer colors and no shading.Participation and materials fee covers everything you need to create your own cross stitch including a 4″ hoop, AIDA cloth, needle, threader, embroidery floss, and graph paper.
