Red Wine Making, will escort you through the winemaking process as it pertains to red wines, including the importance of maceration.

We’ll cover all the topics most important to the white wine making process:

• – Processing the fruit
• – Options during the winemaking process
• – How to taste wine

And amidst all this geeky information, there will be plenty of wine to taste! Over the course of each evening you will taste 2 flights consisting of 3-5 different wines.
