The College Football Hall of Fame Atlanta has had multiple homes over the decades since its founding in 1951 by the NFL, but it is currently located in Atlanta as of 2014. As one of the top hubs of collegiate football, Atlanta was a natural choice for the home of the College Football Hall of Fame.
Spanning over the course of 95,000 square feet, 50 interactive exhibits, a 47-yard football field, five themed galleries, three floors, and a three-story wall of 750 college football helmets, the College Football Hall of Fame pays tribute to 977 players and 211 coaches, as well as innumerable college football fans.
Admission for the College Football Hall of Fame ranges from $17.99 for children ages 3-12 years old to $21.99 for adults, with discounts for students with valid ID and for seniors ages 65 years and older. Children under the age of 3 years old and active and retired military with valid ID are admitted for free.
The College Football Hall of Fame is open to the public 7 days a week, with daily hours from 10:00am – 5:00pm on Sunday through Friday and from 9:00am – 6:00pm on Saturdays.
