The living room is a colorful and creative space that plays with form and texture. A plush purple velvet sofa is the eye-catching centerpiece of it all and is well-balanced by a modern coffee table and a pair of sleek leather armchairs. The living room set is settled around a large flat-screen television and sits on top of a gray and white area rug which incorporates a sophisticated modern touch.

A round three-person dining room table separates the living room from the comprehensive kitchen space where traveling chefs can make the most of stainless steel appliances, durable countertops, and a white brick backsplash when they’re cooking up something savory. PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.  
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals.
RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device.  This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay.  All devices are 100% privacy compliant.  The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke.
