Atlanta Luxury Rentals is the exclusive provider of luxury accommodations at Ponce City Market.

Guest must be at least 25 years old to rent from Atlanta Luxury Rentals, unless the guest has 2+ good reviews on Airbnb. 
No parties or large gatherings.
No smoking of any kind. If there is evidence of smoking after check out, you will be charged a $1,000 fine.

To protect the host and guest, we require an email address so that we can send over our standard lease agreement to be completed.

This Loft evokes the feeling of an historic city dwelling using modern
décor and colorful rich, warm touches to highlight the exposed brick walls, giving
this loft some serious character. The spacious 1050 sf layout allows for plenty of
room to prepare a meal in the modern, fully-equipped kitchen as well as a
separate area perfect for entertaining dinner guests or organizing a game night
around the dining table with seating for 6.

You will be linked to the city's finest neighborhoods, offices, retail, and cultural landscapes by living in this society. You'll find dozens of restaurants literally steps from your door, featuring cuisine from around the globe, craft cocktail bars, cafes, shopping, a 24-hour gym and direct access to the Atlanta Beltline. Take a quick elevator ride to the rooftop for fun amusement park at Skyline Park if that wasn't enough: mini-golf, midway games, rides, a beer garden and the best views Atlanta has to offer.

PARKING: $19 daily parking.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.  
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals.
RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

Experience: We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals. To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device.  This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay.  All devices are 100% privacy compliant.  The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.  Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.  If you have any questions please let us know as we are committed to providing our guests and fellow neighbors a pleasant experience.
