Striking from every angle it’s observed, the highlight of this spacious property has long been the beautiful emerald green velvet sofa that takes its place in the center of the living area. It’s extended dimensions and beveled backing make it an irresistible feature in a space where an open-concept floor plan allows rooms to blend into one another seamlessly and floor to ceiling windows provide the perfect amount of natural light flow. The sofa sits on top of a plush and modern gray area rug that also supports two gorgeous leather armchairs snuggled around a central glass coffee table. When it’s time to enjoy a movie night in, do so by taking advantage of the large flat-screen television mounted on the wall opposite the sofa.

To the right of the living space, the kitchen opens up and invites guests to come and cook something savory using the ample storage space, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful countertops to their advantage. Feel free to enjoy a delicious dish from the comfort of a two-person dining room table that sits in the corner of the kitchen as well and looks out over the living room.

RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device.  This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay.  All devices are 100% privacy compliant.  The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke.
