The luxury continues throughout with sleek, high-end decor, Italian leather furniture, designer light fixtures, and vintage architectural pieces and artwork.
Ponce City Market offers the perfect juxtaposition of modern living and history. The 80-year-old building was a southeast hub for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes original features such as the brick walls and concrete block that offer textural character. Freshly sealed-and-stained concrete floors show the patina of age and it is adjacent to the Belt Line, which serves as a pedestrian gateway to much more the city has to offer.
