Preparing for a trip to the exciting city of Atlanta comes with its fair share of planning. When you’re considering accommodations, look no further than a stay at this gorgeous open floor plan with large steel-framed windows make the incredible view a priority and allow natural light as well as the welcoming sounds of the city to sweep over you day and night.
Walking in, guests will enjoy a living space that speaks to a modern approach to art and décor. A plush gray sofa sits in front of a large flat-screen television accompanied by an armchair.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, beautiful white countertops and a mobile granite-topped island for added cooking and serving space as needed. The white brick backsplash complements the black and white artwork found throughout this property.
PARKING: $19 daily parking.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.
AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to stay with Atlanta Luxury Rentals.
RESERVATIONS 30+ NIGHTS: A Refundable Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) will be applied to your reservation and due at time of booking.

To enhance your visit, each property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
