The 80-year old building was a southeast hub for Sears Roebuck & Co.; every flat includes original features such as the brick walls and concrete block that offer textural character. Freshly sealed-and-stained concrete floors show the patina of age and it is adjacent to the Belt Line, which serves as a pedestrian gateway to much more the city has to offer.
The entire building has preserved architectural details that are handsome, with sturdy fixtures and finishes that complement the existing structures. Details include Tribeca wood used for cabinetry, under-counter sinks, glass enclosed showers and strategically placed transoms to allow light flow.
