Summer: Peachtree Road Race

For over 50-years the Peachtree Road Race has been a spectator and participant favorite to mark the 4th of July. Those who run will cover 6.2 miles of ground just as the first runners did in 1970 as they make their way past iconic Atlanta neighborhoods including Buckhead and Midtown. Racers cross the finish line in Piedmont Park where they can enjoy the many holiday festivities that await.
