Jolly Old St. Nick graces Ponce City Market with his presence throughout the most cheerful time of year, taking up residence on the 2nd floor above the Central Food Hall. Guests are invited to bring a camera to snap photos.
PCM will exclusively use digital lines* for visits with Santa this year, so visitors won’t have to wait in a physical queue. It’s quick and easy to sign up once onsite – staff will be at each check-in to help, and guests get a confirmation text with the number of people “in line” before them. PCM will then send a text 15 minutes before time slots to confirm when Santa is ready. Meanwhile, guests can wander PCM to grab a bite to eat, do some holiday shopping or write letters to Santa at the North Pole Post Box Stations presented by Archer Paper Goods.
*Please note, guests will not be able to sign up in the digital line until they are on the premises. All children are welcome. During digital signups, please let our team know how we can best accommodate special needs. Sign-ups begin at 10:30am and guests will then be checked into the wait line. Meanwhile, guests can feel free to roam PCM and will receive a text 15 minutes prior to the reserved time slot as a reminder to return to the 2nd Floor for their visits.
