Ponce City Market’s Posman Books and City Winery ​have team​ed​ up to put a new spin on the term “book club.” Literature lovers can purchase their copy of the month’s selection today from Posman Books and later bring it to Atlanta’s urban winery to enjoy a “spirited” discussion among fellow readers. Posman Books’ General Manager Marc Stiles will host.

June’s book is “American Gods” by Neil Gaiman. In the story, a battle between gods ancient and modern is fought on American soil, and the unsuspecting main character, Shadow, is one of the few humans who can stop it.

June’s Literary Libations will include the Black Shadow (bourbon, Chambord, lemon juice, blackberries) and Odin’s Juice (coconut rum, spiced rum, pineapple juice, grenadine).
