About the Experts
Maggie O’Connor Talent Engagement Manager,
An Atlanta native, Maggie is Dagger’s Talent Engagement Manager. Her prior communications and marketing experience for nonprofits as well as her natural desire to connect people led her to take on a new role at Dagger. In the past year she has built the fast-growing agency’s talent process as well as its Employee Incentive Program, Wellness Program, Continued Education Program, and Dagger Does Good Program.
Arguably more importantly, Maggie is a happy wife, dog mom extraordinaire who listens to Phish and bluegrass and plays fiddle in a band, in that order.

He also co-founded TuneDig, a technology consultancy for the music industry. Kyle earned his bachelor’s and M.B.A. from Georgia State University. When not spending time at his Edgewood home or on the road with his wife Caralee and their dogs Murphy and Brody, Kyle enjoys his vinyl collection, live music, black coffee, and buffalo wings.
