SunTrust Park: Home of the Atlanta Braves
SunTrust Park Atlanta has been the home of the Atlanta Braves baseball team since April of 2017 and has a uniquely intimate seating design that allows incredible sightlines to the baseball field from nearly every angle, boasting more seats situated close to the field than any other MLB ballpark.
Just beyond the center-field wall within the batter’s eye area, SunTrust Park features a fabulous waterfall feature that incorporates boulders and evergreen trees, inspired by the Colorado Rockies’ home field, Coors Field. As the Braves score home runs and win games, the water feature’s fountain shoots up water from the upper pond toward the main scoreboard, as high as 50 feet in the air.
Additionally, SunTrust Park houses Monument Garden, an art and memorabilia installation consisting of 300 pieces, including baseball themed art, nostalgic moments from Braves history, a LEGO brick mosaic, statues of famous Braves figures like Hank Aaron and Bobby Cox, and memorabilia from the Ivan Allen Jr. Braves Museum & Hall of Fame at the Braves’ former home, Turner Field.
You and your guests can also enjoy tours of SunTrust Park all year long. Tours of the park include stops at the Xfinity Rooftop, the Press Box, the Hank Aaron Terrace, the INFINITI Club, the Monument Garden, the Delta SKY360 Club, the SunTrust Club, the Dugout, the Coors Light Below the Chop, the Terrapin Taproom, Hope & Will’s Sandlot, and the Braves Clubhouse Store.
During the months of October through March, tours take place on Monday through Saturday at 9:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, and 2:00 pm. From April through September, tours are offered on Monday through Saturday at 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, 1:30 pm, and 3:00 pm, as well as on Sundays at 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm. Tour admission ranges from $12.00 – $20.00.
